"Hey, you're really smug." Ace rolled his eyes and moved closer to him, flames gathering in his hand at the same time. "You talk as if I don't beat you often. Don't cry if you lose."

"You're the one I'm talking about," Lucci grinned, getting into a fighting stance.

Ace didn't say anything more, a crazy smile appeared on his face, and without hesitation, he swung his flaming fist at Lucci's right side, rushing straight at him the moment Lucci dodged.

Lucci could sense the power of the Flame-Flame Fruit's attack; he made the surrounding air intensely hot, but he ignored it all.

Ace was powerful, that's for sure, but Lucci was agile. He twisted his body to the left, letting the burning flames pass by him, and in the instant Ace pounced, he used his Devil Fruit ability to appear behind him and deliver a powerful kick to Ace's shoulder.

The moment Ace realized Lucci's move, he intensified the impact of the flames on his lower body, flipped in the air, and dodged Lucci's attack.
