Chapter 45: Fighting the Werewolves
Chapter 45: Fighting the Werewolves
This time, it wasn't the Slytherin common room that appeared, but the Forbidden Forest of Hogwarts, which I had never been to before.
The Forbidden Forest at Hogwarts is a mysterious and dangerous place.
Located on the edge of the school, covered by tall trees and lush vegetation, it seems like a secluded world.
The moment I stepped into the Forbidden Forest, an ancient and mysterious aura enveloped me.
Moonlight filters through the gaps in the leaves, creating dappled light and shadow that makes one feel as if they are in a dreamlike world.
However, this beautiful scene is only the surface of the Forbidden Forest; its depths conceal countless dangers and unknowns.
The trees in the Forbidden Forest are tall and thick, their branches intertwining to form a natural labyrinth.
It's easy to get lost here, and once you're lost, it's hard to find your way out.
The Forbidden Forest is also home to all sorts of magical creatures, some docile, others extremely dangerous.
I've heard that there are unicorns, werewolves, and hippogriffs inside, each with its own unique habits and abilities. If you accidentally anger them, the consequences will be unimaginable.
Besides magical creatures, the Forbidden Forest also hides many mysterious places.
There is supposedly a place known as the "Screaming Shack," where terrifying screams are said to frequently emanate, sending chills down people's spines.
"No, Remus Lupin seems to still be studying at Hogwarts, in Severus Snape's time, right now isn't that...?" The consequences are unimaginable. Looking up at the full moon, Severus is in danger.
He rushed toward the screaming shed, fusing with the dragon bloodline as he ran.
The power of the dragon's blood surged within him, like molten lava, bringing an indescribable burning sensation.
As the dragon's blood merged, the body began to undergo miraculous changes.
Its skin gradually hardened like scales, shimmering with a metallic sheen, as if it were wearing an indestructible suit of armor. A pair of enormous and majestic dragon wings slowly unfurled from its back, capable of stirring up a gale with a gentle flap.
Propelled forward at full speed, the dragon wings propelled the body off the ground, heading towards...
They ran towards the screaming shed.
A surge of power erupted from above, coalescing into a pair of crystal-gold dragon horns, each adorned with wisps of silver lightning.
Power surged forth, muscles became firm and strong, as if they could easily tear apart any obstacle in their path. Senses also became exceptionally sharp, allowing for clear perception of every subtle change in the surroundings.
The sounds inside the screaming shack could be heard clearly.
“No, how could there be werewolves in the school?” Severus was terrified; he was just following James Pott and his gang to see what kind of crazy scheme they were up to.
Unaware that he was being followed, he was knocked unconscious before he knew it, and when he woke up, he was horrified by what he saw.
Before him stood a werewolf with a furry body, sharp claws and teeth, staring at him with yellow eyes and drooling.
I noticed the moonlight shining through the window; it's a full moon today!
Those who transform into werewolves on the night of a full moon lose their reason and become more ferocious and dangerous.
He's probably in grave danger this time; there's no one here who can save him.
He was in despair; he could no longer see that person.
The werewolf opposite was about to pounce on Severus when suddenly a golden figure swiftly blocked his path.
"Damn it, you dare to hurt my people? Who gave you the guts?"
He cast 'Armor Protection' on Severus, then kicked him, sweeping Remus Lupin, who had transformed into a werewolf, away.
The Screaming Shack is too small; we can't really use it all. It's a different story in the Forbidden Forest.
Night fell over the Forbidden Forest, and moonlight filtered through the dense foliage, casting dappled shadows.
In this mysterious forbidden forest, I engaged in a fierce battle with Remus Lupin, the werewolf.
I also transformed into a gigantic golden dragon of the East, its scales shimmering with mysterious light, spreading its enormous wings, and spewing forth raging flames from its mouth.
Remus Lupin, the werewolf, was agile and muscular, with sharp claws that gleamed coldly in the moonlight.
From the very start of the battle, I displayed immense power. The flames I spewed from my mouth instantly ignited the surrounding trees, and the fire spread rapidly.
The irrational Remus Lupin werewolf, however, was fearless. He nimbly darted through the flames, dodging my attacks.
Remus Lupin the werewolf pounced on me while I wasn't looking, its claws digging deep into my body.
I let out a painful roar and with a powerful flap of my wings, flung Remus Lupin the werewolf away.
Remus Lupin the werewolf tumbled through the air a few times before landing steadily on the ground.
I flew into the air and spewed a powerful flame from my mouth, charging directly at Remus Lupin the werewolf.
Remus Lupin the werewolf did not back down; it charged towards the flames.
Just as the flames were about to engulf it, it suddenly transformed into a giant werewolf, its body becoming even larger and its muscles even more developed.
It seems we can't continue playing. The surrounding trees have been burned by the flames. Luckily, the flames I used weren't too hard to extinguish. Right now, Remus Lupin the werewolf is just a baby, so there's no need to take it so seriously.
We all kept a bit of distance to protect Severus before we started fighting. If we keep fighting like this, the guy sitting in the Hogwarts Headmaster's office might come over.
'Confusing the senses' will make Remus Lupin the werewolf unable to see or hear. Although he is a werewolf and would be more agile, his magic power is not as high as mine, and he cannot resist my spells. 'Stun' will knock him down when he is not paying attention. Once he is unconscious, he will no longer be so energetic and reckless. 'Relax' and 'Quickly Imprison' will be used to give him a complete service of dissipating his strength and changing his bindings as a precaution.
After dealing with Remus Lupin, the werewolf will revert to his original form and go find Severus, who was terrified today.
When I dragged Remus Lupin the werewolf back to the Screaming Shack, I saw Severus standing in front of the door with three radish heads hanging down.
Beside them stood Dumbledore, in a pinkish-purple nightgown, and Professor McGonagall, in a dark green nightgown.
"It seems our school has never had such an outstanding young wizard before. May I ask your name, young man?" Headmaster Dumbledore really started by questioning me right off the bat. Did he come to the wrong place?
“Headmaster Dumbledore, shouldn’t you deal with this terrible thing first? If it weren’t for my appearance, Severus might already be a werewolf’s snack.” With a flick of Remus Lupin’s leg, I threw the bound and unconscious Remus Lupin in front of Dumbledore.
