Chapter 22 Summer Vacation (Part 1)

Then there was another round of classes and study until the grade exams, after which summer vacation began.

This year's House Cup undoubtedly belongs to Slytherin. Before Harry even started school, with me, the butterfly, there was no doubt that the House Cup would be theirs.

I also successfully won first place in my grade this year, and Coach Si had a smile on his face.

I had arranged to meet my personal trainer at Platform 9¾, so I had to pack my bags and take the train back by myself.

"Ayers, wait for us." Fred said, holding his luggage in one hand and hooking his arm around my neck with the other.

"Ayers, why are you running so fast?" George said, putting his arm around Ayers' shoulder.

I was sandwiched between the twins, and I even had trouble breathing.

Oliver and Percy followed behind, pulling their suitcases.

Unexpectedly, Cedric Diggory also quietly followed behind.

Our large group walked to the train together, and we all sat in one compartment.

This box is only missing one Ravenclaw student to be complete.

"What are your plans for the holiday?" Oliver Wood broke the silence by asking everyone about their vacation arrangements.

“I usually stay home unless I have a specific plan.” I took a food box out of my sleeve; it contained some pastries I had prepared in the kitchen before leaving Hogwarts.

Those who had tasted my pastries were quick to grab one and eat it, while Cedric Diggory and Oliver Wood, who hadn't tried them before, had their eyes light up after their first bite and joined the fray.

I just smiled and watched them. I was quite willing to be the feeder, taking out a cup of coffee from my backpack and sipping it slowly when they weren't looking.

"Hey Ayers, would you like to come visit our Burrow during your vacation?" Fred said, chewing on a red bean cake.

“Yes, yes, our mother will definitely welcome you.” George, not wanting to be left out, also ate a mung bean cake.

"It's not impossible, but I might not have any free time until the last week of my vacation." He then took out a large bottle of lemonade and some cups from his backpack and gave each of them a cup of lemonade.

I'm not a procrastinator. I've already planned to learn and master the basic spells from grades 1 to 7 during this holiday. After the next school year, Harry and his friends' main storyline will begin, and I'll be very busy then.

Ideally, the OWLs and NEWTs exams should be taken earlier in Harry's year. I'd like to ask the Catholic Church if they can take them earlier.

This gives me more free time to work.

“Ayers, you seem very busy. Is there anything we can help you with?” Cedric Diggory noticed my fatigue and handed me a peach blossom pastry.

"Thank you, Ced. I think I can handle this myself. I've planned out my time." I took the peach blossom pastry and savored it in small bites. These peach blossom pastries couldn't be made right now; I had to ask Lucius Malfoy to gather all the ingredients.

"You can contact us if you have any questions about your studies." Percy is a good student.

What he didn't know was that I had already started learning fourth-grade material, and it was safe to say that after this holiday, there probably wouldn't be much left for them to teach me.

"Okay, I'll write to you if there are any problems." After finishing the last bite of the peach blossom pastry, he took out a handkerchief to wipe his hands and mouth.

After finishing their meal, the restless Geminis left the private room to play. Percy and Cedric, on the other hand, became friends and quietly discussed knowledge.

Oliver and I both lay down to sleep, but I wasn't actually asleep. I just didn't want to waste even this much time, so I went into the training room.

As the Hogwarts train pulled into the station, we all changed out of our wizard robes and into Muggle costumes, and then went our separate ways to reunite with our families.

In a deserted corner, I saw Severus. I quickly walked over to him, put my arm around his, and in a flash, we disappeared into the train station. This summer vacation began from that moment.
