Chapter 47 Emergency Situation: Su Ling Arrested

"Okay! Thank you, doctor!" The two thanked her, poured her tea, said polite words, and offered her some snacks and food.

The doctor politely ate and drank some food, then said goodbye and left, leaving his tools and medicine box behind. He took some snacks with him and refused any money offered to him.

These dolls are normally only meant to drink water to maintain their bodily functions; they don't need to eat. Lin Lele, an undercover agent for the Military Intelligence Bureau's 76th Division, is under the command of Yan Shuo's Bluebird Group. Seemingly unremarkable, she is of medium to thin build, with short, jet-black hair, a well-defined face, and slightly dark skin. The street wasn't long, less than two miles. Yan Shuo quickly found Lin Lele, who was eating snacks at a street stall. She had a big bowl of wide noodles with hot oil, and it looked delicious.

Yan Shuo calmly sat down at the seat next to his desk. "Boss, a bowl of noodles, please!"

"Alright!" the boss greeted him warmly and quickly got ready.

"Captain!" Lin Lele saw Yan Shuo approaching, looked around nervously, scanned the surroundings, and whispered, "Su Ling is being held in the safe house!"

"I understand, I'll go rescue him in a bit! Who is Shuanzi?"

"Look, that guy in the little hat, drinking, that's him!" Lin Lele subtly gestured with her chin toward Shuanzi's location.

"Okay, got it!" Yan Shuo looked at Shuanzi and gave instructions to the dolls searching around him, preparing to capture him soon.
