Chapter 1950 - 513: The Magician at the End of World War II
Chapter 1950 - 513: The Magician at the End of World War II
"Understood, understood."
Huang Kaiwen said with a smile.
The Americans stir up trouble, and several of their sons get caught up in it.
The French aren’t doing charity work in Africa.
The insightful people in Africa have always hoped to drive the French away; whenever they get a chance, they plan related actions.
As they were leaving, Ramos asked, "Is it okay for Neo not to go to the hospital?"
"Don’t worry."
Huang Kaiwen said, "The embassy also faces armed threats, so they are very experienced in handling gunshot injuries. I checked, Neo hasn’t injured any organs. After a blood transfusion, he should be fine."
"That’s good."
Ramos said with relief.
On this mission, he was quite impressed by Neo’s performance.
"Are we heading straight out?"
Kaka asked.
Huang Kaiwen glanced up and said, "I’ll call Barbara and have her help book a hotel; we’ll rest in Tunis city today."
Huang Kaiwen didn’t want to rush the journey at night.
After dinner, Huang Kaiwen noticed someone was spying from the hotel.
It was easy to guess they were from the French Embassy.
This indeed falls outside the [Golden Prison Award] scope.
After briefing Inzaghi and the others in advance, the group left the hotel at around 4 a.m. dressed as service staff.
"Coming to Tunisia this time, I feel like I’ve become James Bond."
Inzaghi said, tugging hard at the bow tie on his collar.
There weren’t many fitting clothes, so A Jiu had to settle for something smaller.
"When you see the treasure, you’ll feel that these troubles don’t amount to much."
Huang Kaiwen said with a laugh.
Rommel certainly looted many chiefs in Africa.
As long as you show support for Deutsche Drei a bit later, it means exterminating families.
According to Huang Kaiwen’s guess, Rommel should have long hidden the treasure in Gulanbaliye, not far from several ports; the rumored sunken submarine by the British should have departed from Gulbai or Cape Maamoura.
Along the way, Huang Kaiwen observed several times.
Sure enough, they shook off their tail.
He also breathed a sigh of relief.
If the French found out, it certainly wouldn’t be good.
The group simply bought two cars.
One for people, and the other loaded with supplies.
Heading once more towards Gulanbaliye.
"There’s even a car-mounted VCD, finally, some form of entertainment."
Ramos said with a laugh, while driving.
"Too bad it’s only old discs."
Huang Kaiwen shook the disc he was holding and inserted it, soon seeing Alizee twisting her waist.
The Young Master watched intently, and Kaka, sitting with him in the back, said, "If you want her number, you can ask your Uncle Kevin."
"I don’t want it."
The Young Master said shyly.
"Hey, you guys actually let me drive a car alone."
Inzaghi complained over the intercom.
"Sorry Filippo, who told you not to bring your vice emperor and sheriff? The Holy Roman Emperor doesn’t count for much here."
Huang Kaiwen teased.
The car was filled with laughter.
"Damn it, one day I’ll show you the might of The Empire on which the sun never sets." Inzaghi muttered.
Recently, he had watched documentaries about the United Kingdom and found the name The Empire on which the sun never sets very cool.
However, before even halfway there, Inzaghi’s car broke down.
The group could only throw away some of the supplies and continue on their way.
"These Tunisians should all be hanged!"
Inzaghi cursed.
"I think you should curse the French; these cars are all French-made."
Ramos said.
"Damn Frenchman, next season, I must make Lyon pay!"
Inzaghi muttered.
"First, you need to become a starter before speaking!" Kaka joked.
Inzaghi yelled and lunged at Kaka, and the two began to wrestle in the backseat.
Sitting in the third row again, the Young Master rolled his eyes in annoyance, unsure who was the real minor here.
Thirty minutes later.
"I told you, the French should all die!"
Inzaghi cursed.
Huang Kaiwen nodded, carrying a backpack.
Damn it, the car broke down again.
If they really encounter French teams next season, if the Yellow Ball King doesn’t score double digits, he’ll take Inzaghi’s last name!
"Watch your step."
Huang Kaiwen warned, "The insects here aren’t that friendly."
Slim-legged ants and fat-tailed scorpions can cause big trouble for travelers.
"I think I should stop for oxygen."
Inzaghi said, panting.
"Old man, you should be ashamed."
Huang Kaiwen pointed at the Young Master.
Christian was still doing fine.
"You said it, my age is catching up."
Inzaghi said, gasping.
"Don’t stop, we should have found someone."
Huang Kaiwen pointed ahead.
Such a dense patch of date palm trees is definitely near an oasis.
"Thank goodness for Kevin!"
After drinking some water, Kaka said.
"Exactly!"
Ramos nodded.
Inzaghi glanced at the map and said, "Even without him, we’re almost out."
But soon, Inzaghi regretted it.
The date palm grove seemed close, but after walking for over an hour, they still hadn’t reached it.
He felt like he was about to cook under the heat.
Another twenty minutes later, the group finally reached the date palm grove.
Everyone rested against the date palm trees.
Ramos rinsed his mouth with water from a flask, spitting it out and cursed, "Damn Frenchman!"
"YES!"
Even Kaka raised his arm weakly, agreeing with Ramos.
"Uncle Kevin, are we camping in the wild today?"
The Young Master asked worriedly.
On the journey, he had witnessed the poisonous insects in the desert.
"We shouldn’t be."
Huang Kaiwen looked at the map and said, "We’re already near Gulanbaliye; if I’m not mistaken, there should be vineyards nearby."
